		<description>Also, you can use www.fitday.com to track all your foods (you have to enter most of them once, but after that, they&#039;re in there...still a pain in the butt) and it will break out and track your calories (broken down by protein, fat, and carbs).  It&#039;s VERY revealing and very, very helpful.
Some other sites such as www.sparkpeople.com have tools built in that do similar functions for you.  Either way, keep up the great work, and keep learning.  Changing body composition is only one benefit of many.</description>
